Due to an increase in last minute cancellations/no shows, we have had to introduce a cancellation policy.  We have a waiting list for spaces and where a late cancellation/no show occurs, we cannot fill the appointment, resulting in a loss of earnings.  Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.  For all missed appointments the full treatment price will be charged.  For clients wishing to rebook after a missed appointment, a credit/debit card payment must be taken upon booking.  Many thanks for your understanding on this matter.
